I’m excited to announce that we’ve signed an agreement to acquire Frame AI, an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform. Frame AI’s solution turns unstructured data—like emails, calls, meetings and conversations—into real-time insights, helping businesses not just meet customer needs, but anticipate them.
Why This Matters
We’ve always said AI is only as good as the data that powers it. Until now, structured data—contact details, website visits, purchase history—has been the foundation. But AI has fundamentally changed how we think about data. Unstructured data, such as conversations from calls, emails, and meetings, is now key to understanding customer sentiment, behavior, and intent. With Frame AI, we’ll harness these conversational insights with the structured customer data we already have to help our customers grow faster.
